Every order ships free. Orders are processed in 1–3 business days, and you get a tracking link by email when your robe leaves.

You have 30 days from delivery to return your robe. It must be unworn, unwashed and have its tags attached.

To start a return, contact us with your order number. Once we receive and check the robe, we refund the original payment method.

If your robe arrives damaged or you received the wrong edition or size, contact us within 30 days and we will make it right at no cost to you.
